Customer Service Executive - German & UK Market

Job description

Based in Barcelona, we bring food and beverage brands closer to consumers in France, Germany, the UK, Italy and Spain through innovative In-home Sampling, Market Research and Social Media campaigns.

Our mission? To bring Surprise and Joy to as many homes as possible.

The role

Today we operate in 5 different European markets, Germany & UK being part of them. Our Customer Service Executive combines several exciting aspects. You will become the expert and the voice for both markets, whilst getting to know the food and beverage industry at a deeper level. Aside from providing excellent service, you'll also contribute to exciting tasks and projects to boost customer experience. Become a part of a fun spirited and dedicated team whilst upskilling yourself in the field of Operations. 

You will

  • Support Degusta Box customers to resolve any easy or complex issues via phone, by email and through social media.

  • Manage and respond to reviews from public sites like Trustpilot or Google.

  • Attend country/team meetings to report on kpis and share qualitative feedback from the markets.

  • Collaborate in tasks and/or projects with the goal to boost customer experience.

  • Execute onboarding and training for new hires (interns or executives).

  • Lend a hand in managing internal administrative Operational aspects.

  • Most importantly, always ensuring a high level of customer service that’ll make our subscribers smile :)


This is you

  • You speak German & English at a high level

  • You show strong skills in customer service and treat people with kindness and helpfulness

  • You love teamwork and show good communication and social skills

  • You are organised and have a positive attitude

  • You have basic knowledge of MS Office: Word and Excel

  • You have worked with Zendesk or other similar ticketing tools
