Customer Service Executive - German & UK Market

Job description

Based in Barcelona, we bring food and beverage brands closer to consumers in France, Germany, the UK, Italy and Spain through innovative In-home Sampling, Market Research and Social Media campaigns.

Our mission? To bring Surprise and Joy to as many homes as possible.

The role

Our Customer Service Executive combines several exciting aspects. You will get to know the food and beverage industry deeply, providing excellent support to our customers while at the same time assisting in our operational processes.

Today we operate in 5 different European markets, Germany & UK being part of them, and we want you to join us in making Degusta Box the best experience possible for both our customers and clients.

You will gain expertise and insights in the industry, while working alongside a fun spirited and dedicated team.

You will

  • Support Degusta Box customers to resolve any easy or complex issues via phone, by email and through social media.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives for the German & UK market.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies for responding to our customers

  • Lend a hand in managing internal administrative Operational aspects

  • Most importantly, always ensuring a high level of customer service that’ll make our subscribers smile :)

Requirements

This is you

  • You speak German & English at a high level

  • You show strong skills in customer service and treat people with kindness and helpfulness

  • You love teamwork and show good communication and social skills

  • You are organised and have a positive attitude

  • You have worked with Zendesk or other similar ticketing tools
