Based in Barcelona, we bring food and beverage brands closer to consumers in France, Germany, the UK, Italy and Spain through innovative In-home Sampling, Market Research and Social Media campaigns. Our mission? To bring Surprise and Joy to as many homes as possible.

The role
Our Logistics Coordinator will be involved in all aspects of logistics processes across the company and its different markets. You will oversee and improve the overall supply chain performance while ensuring operational excellence.

Reporting to the COO, you will collaborate with a wide range of departments in order to drive alignment and improve results ensuring growth. You will gain expertise and insights in the industry, while working alongside a fun spirited and dedicated team.

You will

  • Establish, implement and track logistical processes.

  • Be responsible for supply chain management, including packing, production planning and shipping processes. Improve the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process.

  • Manage relationships with shipping companies in terms of pricing, conditions and budget. Drive cost reduction initiatives.

  • Drive negotiations with Handling, Shipping and Packaging providers, identify new ones for cost reduction.

  • Create and determine Operational Handbook and SLA’s for distribution centers

  • Optimise material and stock management. Control warehouses, stock deviation and control invoices.

  • Define and implement packaging improvements across markets and protection materials.

  • Plan and forecast logistic costs

  • Create logistic cost budget achievement plans and corrective actions

  • Solve any logistical issue either in the sourcing, production or delivery side

  • Implement logistics information systems


This is you

  • You have a few years related experience in logistics management with a focus on Handling and Warehouse operations

  • Knowledge of distribution and transportation industry including familiarity with the key 3PL’s in Europe

  • A team player who achieves great results in a collaborative manner

  • Self-starter who can easily cut through ambiguity

  • Highly motivated to excel, with a drive for continuous improvement

  • A natural problem solver who faces challenges head on with confidence and enthusiasm

  • Strong cross-collaboration experience and abilities

  • Effective and professional negotiation skills

  • Strong tactical execution, executive presentation, and financial analysis skills
