Job description

Based in Barcelona, we bring our subscribers sign up for a surprise food box on a monthly basis, with products that are new on the market. Each box has different variety and themes and always with the objective to keep our subscribers happy. We are currently operating in France, Germany, the UK, Italy and Spain.

Our mission? To bring Surprise and Joy to as many homes as possible.

The role
As a Paid Social Specialist you will be the person responsible of managing and optimizing Social Ads Campaigns to boost sales. You’ll be working with campaigns for several markets in Europe.

As a junior profile, you will have at all times a person who will accompany you in your professional performance, we are looking for a person with attitude, motivation and willingness to learn.


You will

  • Optimize Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Analyse campaign performance and continuously test new initiatives.
  • Implement retargeting strategies.
  • Propose new ideas that contribute to the Growth area.
  • Ensure the correct performance of the different campaigns in terms of timing and budget.
  • Collaborate with the design & copy departments.
  • Analyse performance metrics.
  • Work on the implementation of different marketing strategies.

Requirements

This is you

  • You speak English fluently.
  • Analytical thinking, ability to make informed decisions based on data sets and trends
  • Curiosity for the B2C world (having your own website, for example).
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proactive and hands on attitude to improve current processes and operations
  • You take strong ownership and are pragmatic with your approach.
  • You are results-oriented, proactive, and a quick learner.
  • Good level of Excel and knowledge of Google Analytics will be a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is a plus but not mandatory.
