THE ROLE 🚀

This role combines hands-on Market Research responsibilities, B2B Marketing content support, and operational tasks, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented approach across both strategic and executional activities.

  • Own and execute end-to-end Market Research projects for both local and international brands, including study design (quantitative and qualitative), survey development, data analysis using Business Intelligence tools, and final client presentations

  • Collaborate with brands to define research objectives and translate business needs into effective research frameworks

  • Contribute to customer and brand satisfaction by delivering high-quality insights and actionable recommendations

  • Support the execution of research projects and campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and delivery

  • Provide operational and logistical support to the Campaign Manager, ensuring smooth coordination of timelines, materials, and stakeholders

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution and timely delivery

  • Manage administrative and organizational tasks related to research and campaign activities

  • Contribute to company newsletters by identifying and analyzing relevant market trends

  • Support B2B Marketing activities, including content creation (copy and design) based on Market Research insights, as well as monthly content adaptation and translations for brand communications and campaigns

Job requirements

THIS IS YOU ✅

  • You speak German at a native or close to native level and a professional level of English.

  • You are available for a minimum six-month internship, 40 hours per week.

  • You are confident using Microsoft Office.

  • You are highly organized and can multitask.

  • You work independently and to tight deadlines.

  • You’re a self-starter. We don’t expect you to know everything straight away but value your ability to learn.

  • You have excellent attention to detail.

  • You are business savvy. Previous experience in communication or marketing is a big plus.

  • You have studied either Market Research, Marketing, Economics or Psychology.

  • You can join our time in July/August 2026.

  • Internship remuneration of 600€ gross/ month.(485€ net if you are not a Spanish tax resident).

  • Performance bonus of up to 100€ gross/ month.
