The role

You will be responsible for improving and refining the performance marketing framework for all activities and help secure and position the company for future growth. You will lead and represent the Digital Marketing Department in the company’s management team.

You will

  • Coordinate the Performance Marketing Team at a strategic and tactical level, while defining the user acquisition strategy of the company to grow B2C sales

  • Deploy online customer acquisition strategy across key channels including affiliation, email, paid search & social advertising.

  • Analyse ongoing performance and come up with strategic recommendations based on thorough data analysis.

  • Efficiently coordinate all B2C campaigns across all different channels and market

  • Coordinate performance department content requests for different channels/countries (design and copy) in order to maximise campaign performance

  • Establish and maintain budgets and resource allocation across all marketing channels and functions.

  • Manage relationships with internal teams (design, communication, product and operations) to ensure all B2C marketing communications are coordinated and support the marketing strategy objectives.

  • Develop and execute tests to better target users and improve overall ROI and CPA

  • Define B2C acquisition requirements and plan required actions when entering into new markets

  • Manage a team of 4 digital marketing specialists

  • Present department achievements in quarterly company meetings.

  • Work under agile & OKR methodology

Job requirements

THIS IS YOU

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, focused on the development and delivery of customer acquisition strategy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Proven track record of delivering (or overachieving) against growth targets and quarterly goals.

  • You have strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset

  • You have good Excel skills & Google Analytics knowledge

  • You have a "driver" mindset. You take action and drive the team to achieve set objectives.

  • You are well-organised and methodical: you excel at taking a big idea and breaking it down into an actionable project, process, or task to execute. You have great prioritisation and focusing skills, and you believe in 80/20.

  • You especially enjoy digital marketing, data, and finding creative ways to drive interest.

  • You have excellent cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
