THE ROLE
As Sales Graduate you will embark on an exciting journey into the world of sales, building relationships with brands in the food and drink industry for our service portfolio centered around product sampling.
This role represents the perfect starting point for individuals seeking to launch their career in sales, offering a pathway towards mastering the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery, through to proposal and closing.
YOU WILL
- Learn to master the full sales cycle, from sourcing new business leads and opportunities all the way through to close, as well as managing some of our existing client accounts.
- Get exposure to FMCG, specifically the Food and Drink industry, developing and nurturing strong relationships.
- Identify and qualify prospects for our sampling, market research and social media services.
- Be responsible for managing a pipeline of opportunities in our CRM tool and learn how to run an efficient sales process.
- Identify the challenges our clients face, and partner them with the best service solutions available.
- Become an expert in Food and Beverage sampling, in order to provide advice to our clients in maximizing campaigns.
- Be a part of a collaborative and high-performing team, always looking to grow potential in the Italian market.
- Work closely with the Operations team to create boxes that our B2C customers love.
Job requirements
THIS IS YOU
- You speak Italian as a native level and you are fluent in English.
- You have previous experience from either internships or junior positions in a business environment, ranging from Logistics, Marketing, Sales or related (is a plus not a must).
- You have good communication skills.
- You are responsible and accountable.
- You show organisational skills and have a process for organising general tasks.
- You are resilient and positive!
- You are passionate about the food industry.
- You are eager to achieve and enjoy working towards goals.
- You are computer literate, good use of standard Microsoft/google tools.
- You are looking to join a young, dynamic team within a relaxed yet motivated environment.
- You love food (but really, who doesn't).
- You’re eager to learn, continuously improve and take your first step on a sales career path.
- You are a team player and understand the importance of working together.
