THE ROLE 🖌️

Are you hungry to learn, driven by an inner fire, and ready to move the needle? We are looking for an ambitious Sales Intern to join our French Sales team. This isn’t a "shadowing" role; you will be an active engine in our sales cycle.

You will receive hands-on experience in effective outreach, learning how to generate qualified leads and understand client challenges to partner them with strategic solutions. This role is the perfect first step for someone looking to master the sales process and build a long-term career in a high-performing environment.

YOU WILL ✅

• Generate Leads & Prospect for new business: Research and qualify new contacts at top F&B brands in France, ensuring our CRM is a powerhouse of opportunity.

• Pitch & Present: Communicate our value proposition professionally via email, telephone, and video meetings, learning to drive high level engagement and hook prospects.

• Collaborate with Partnership Managers: Work closely with partnership managers to identify targets, and run outreach sequences to book meetings with defined ICPs.

• Support sales functions: Presenting post campaign reports and maintaining sales materials up to date.

THIS IS YOU 🚀

• Native-level French: You are a master of the French language and have a professional level of English.

• Self-Motivated: You are hungry to achieve, goal-oriented, and possess the resilience needed to succeed in sales.

• Sales Mindset: You have a strong desire to start your sales career and are willing to go the extra mile to get results.

• Communication Pro: You enjoy presenting and can express yourself clearly, whether face-to-face or on the phone.

• Highly Organized: You have a process for everything and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

• Passionate Foodie: You love the food industry and want to help the next big brands get discovered.

WHAT DO WE OFFER? 💥

• Internship Remuneration: 600€ gross/month + a performance bonus of up to 100€/month.

• Real Responsibility: Experience in a high-performing team that values your input and effort.

• Work-Life Balance: Flexibility in schedule and half a day off for your birthday.

• The Vibe: Fresh fruit, snacks, rooftop BBQs, seasonal parties, and fantastic colleagues from all over the world.

• Office Perks: A dog-friendly, central Barcelona office with hybrid working options.
